BOOKING Policy

To confirm and secure a booking with AK47 Kelefang Mobile Safari and Tours, clients are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total booking value at the time of reservation.The booking will only be considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by the company.Please note: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. This deposit is used to secure safari vehicles, accommodation, campsites, guides, meals, transfers, and other services required for your safari.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before or on the agreed date of commencement of the safari, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.Failure to settle the outstanding balance may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will remain non-refundable.

If a client cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.Any additional cancellation charges may apply depending on the services already booked or paid for with third-party suppliers.Clients are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

In exceptional circumstances, AK47 Kelefang Mobile Safari and Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a safari due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, park closures, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.Where possible, we will offer an alternative date, itinerary, or suitable arrangement. Any refund will be considered based on amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers.

Requests to change travel dates, accommodation, activities, or other services must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.Additional costs resulting from changes requested by the client will be the client's responsibility.

If a client fails to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling. Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

By making a booking with AK47 Kelefang Mobile Safari and Tours, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
